Our take on a classic wintertime drink blends the delicious flavor of Dutch cocoa with a unique mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, guajillo, and cayenne pepper. We go light on the sugar so as to not make it overly sweet, which allows the warm spices to be showcased. Besides, if you're like us, you are either going to top it with some whipped cream, or jam a handful of marshmallows into it. Either way, the end product is a perfectly balanced cup of gourmet hot chocolate. We have found it's also a great stir-in to a cup of coffee for an instant mocha...not a bad idea, right? Enjoy.
Directions: Add 3 to 4 heaping teaspoons of chocolate mix to a mug. Slowly add steeping hot water. Stir until well combined.
