(American Grown & Veteran Owned! The General's Hot Sauce strives to produce the highest quality American-grown, all-natural hot sauce possible. Our hot sauce contains 86% actual peppers, while the industry standard is only 20%.  The General's Hot Sauce also aims to create jobs for Veterans and donates a meaningful percentage of profits organizations that support our troops, veterans, and their families.

Each bottle contains 6oz.

Grunt Green: (Heat: 2.5/5) We discovered almost by accident that green cayenne peppers picked just before they turn red can bring a truly unique, tangy, earthy flavor; still carries the same fresh flavor as Dead Red, and that same rich concentration of all-natural cayenne peppers. Much of the harvesting of the green peppers happens at the end of a growing season, when these mature, perfectly balanced peppers just decide to stay green; as such, we usually age these peppers a bit longer.

Danger Close: (Heat: 3.5/5) Danger Close is a magical blend of red cayenne and orange habanero peppers. We think it's the PERFECT sauce for making buffalo wings--it packs a strong cayenne flavor, but also brings a solid backdoor kicker of habanero heat.

Shock & Awe: (Heat: 4/5) Not for the faint of heart, this sauce was a special request from our beloved heat freak fans that we have since opened up to the rest of the universe. Made with almost 90% American-grown orange habaneros (we liked that flavor the best from all our testing), you'll get a unique punch of deep, powerful, sustained heat that is offset by a sweet aroma and taste.

Reaper Actual: (Heat: 5/5) This scorching 5-star blend combines fiery Carolina Reaper peppers, rich red cayennes, and smokey chipotle seasoning.  Reaper Actual packs an intense blended pepper presence (yep, still 86% peppers, which means max flavor), carries that smokey chipotle backdrop, and yeah, it’s hot, but it burns clean and finishes smoothly without the afterbite that comes from using thickeners or additives (our sauces don’t need thickeners, it just wouldn’t be our style).  Welcome to Task Force Reaper!

Atomic Balsamic: aged balsamic vinegar infused with the fiery heat of our sun-dried habanero pepper mash. Don't let the name scare you--whether you're using it as a marinade for meats, or combining with Bold Gold as a salad dressing or bread dip, Atomic Balsamic is a great way to elevate your food and thrill your taste buds with a mild/medium heat and that classic balsamic zest.

A Salt Weapon: (Heat: 2.5/5) All-natural, non-iodized sea salt mixed with the same sun-dried habanero mash that makes Maple Mayhem so great. No fillers or additives. The Atlantic provides the salt, our American-grown habanero peppers provide the heat, and together they make one powerful duo. Great on salads, tacos, popcorn, or on the rim of your Margarita or Bloody Mary glass. Medium heat.

Maple Mayhem: (Heat: 3/5) This all-natural, habanero-infused maple syrup, the perfect balance of sweet and heat, is made from the highest quality ingredients. Vermont's maple trees provide the sweet, and our lightly salted, sun-dried ground habanero pepper mash provides the heat. Perfect for maple-glazed salmon, chicken and waffles, grilled brussel sprouts, or caramelized pork chops.
