We ship orders (available in US only) via USPS and UPS.
We try to use recycled packing materials and ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve the amount of boxes and materials used, however in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time,
we will contact you as soon as possible.
Our intention is to ship within 2 business days of receipt of your order.
Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
Thank you for understanding that we are real people behind this screen and we are doing our very best to expedite your order.
We cannot guarantee arrival of an order by any certain date.
SHIPPED ORDER RETURN POLICY
In the event an item is defective or damaged in shipping please contact us at

along with the description of the issue and we will be happy to assist you.
All returns must be returned, unused, in their original packaging with a Return Authorization (RA) number written on the outside of the box.
Shipment must be insured and a tracking number shall be provided.
Please contact us prior to returning anything in order to receive your RA Number.

Returns accepted with a receipt within 30 days for exchange or store credit only.
