SHIPPING RETURN POLICY
In the event an item is defective or damaged in shipping please contact us at info@shopbrownandhopkins.com within 7 business days with your order number along with the description of the issue, and a picture of the damaged item in packaging to assist with our carrier claim.
All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging with a Return Authorization (RA) number written on the outside of the box. Please contact us prior to returning anything in order to receive this RA Number. Shipment must be insured and a tracking number shall be provided.
IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted with a receipt within 30 days of purchase for either an exchange or store credit only.
