Illinois Prairie Corn Chowder: (Serves 11) Creamy chowder features sweet corn, red pepper, and rice. Makes 11 servings. Ingredients: Corn, Rice, Onion, Carrot, Bell Pepper, Celery, Chive, and Bay leaf. You will also need: White Potatoes, Chicken Broth, and Heavy or Whipping Cream.

Dakota Territory Beef Barley Stew: (Serves 15) Hearty stew features Shiitake mushrooms, Leeks, and Lentils. Makes 15 servings. Ingredients: Lima beans, Green lentil, Barley, Carrot, Leek, Shiitake mushrooms, Paprika, Bay leaf, Parsley, Thyme. You will also need: Butter, Onion, Beef Stew Meat, Beef Broth, Water, Salt, Black Pepper, Turnips or Potatoes, Mushrooms, Sherry or Red Wine

New York Corner Café Minestrone Soup Mix: (Serves 15)  Minestrone soup features cranberry bean, corn pasta, carrot, bell pepper, celery, basil, parsley. You will also need bacon, onion, beef broth, brussels sprouts, tomatoes. 

Arizona Sunset Enchilada Soup Mix: (Serves 8) Enchilada soup features navy bean, bell pepper, cornmeal, sweet potato, onion, corn, ancho chili, paprika, cumin, garlic, oregano, coriander. You will also need chicken broth, cooked chicken, salsa verde, shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
