The Range Sunset Hat features a striking, modern take on one of the best aspects of the western frontier. This picturesque sunset is heat stamped into full grain Horween leather. How they're made: A combination of heat and pressure is used to stamp each full-grain leather patch. This debossing process maintains the integrity of the leather while being able to achieve ultra-high detail designs. Each patch is applied using the manufacturer's proprietary adhesion process in their Laramie, WY workshop. This incredibly strong bond is built to take on anything you throw at it.
